In one, the protagonist is Dana Rose, a young pianist living in the Wagen district (the capital of the fictional central European state of Ostertal) in the 1930s, and Kate Walker, the heroine of the previous Syberia games. After reading documents about Dana’s history, Kate and Oscar head to the Misty Bridge. And they find Dana’s room. After a long search, Leon and one of the group’s men, Sauer, finally find the young Gorun. While Sauer went to get reinforcements, Leon, after scrutinizing Gorun, began to see him not just as an important scientific discovery, but as a living, intelligent being. However, the other members of the expedition did not share Leon’s opinion and locked Gorun in a cage. Hearing the cries of the trapped child, his formidable gorilla-like mother rushed to his aid. Herr Berger intended to shoot her, but Leon prevented Berger from doing so and accidentally killed him. After the goruns left, the rest of the expedition tied Leon up and later turned him over to Baltayar authorities, but during the night Sauer untied Leon and helped him escape. Dana, upon learning of Leon’s disappearance, fainted, after which it was discovered that she was pregnant. ....... Сюжет игры разделен на две временные линии.
