How to replace keyboard Dell Latitude E4300 laptop

Quick demonstration of how to remove or replace the keyboard in a Dell Latitude E4300 laptop. You will need a small flathead screwdriver and a small Phillips screwdriver. Make sure machine is fully powered off and battery is removed. Start by slowly removing the power button bezel, then the three screws holding keyboard down and then remove keyboard. Reverse the steps to install again!
