Mark Farner and Don Brewer’s verion of Harlem Shuffle. Recorded in May of 1967, just a few months after the breakup of Terry Knight and the Pack. Released as a “Lucky Eleven/Quadico Records“ bootleg album/cassette in 1974, titled “Monumental Funk“. It’s a decent record, in fact, it is a fantastic record, but a far cry from the primal hard rock style that Mark, Don and Mel would later be known for.
