Aikido technique YONKYO on some grab and strike attacks, by Stefan Stenudd
YONKYO is one of the basic aikido pinning techniques (katame waza), where a nerve in the arm is pressed, causing distinct pain. Here it is used against some strikes and grabs, mostly done quite slowly for clarity.
My attacker Stephan Schröder () was a good sport dealing with all the pain in the making of this video.
