Conditions Ideal for Maiden Flight of China’s Long March-7

The carrier rocket itself, the weather and other conditions are ideal for China’s new generation carrier rocket, the Long March-7, to make its maiden flight on Saturday night, according to workers at the launch site. The launch is expected to start at 20:00 Beijing time at China’s fourth space launch center, the Wenchang satellite launch center in southern China’s Hainan Province. This is also the first launch at the center.
