Not only is his famous work including paintings such as the Mona Lisa, but he was also a talented sculptor (none of his works survive), engineer, scientist, theorist, and architect (Leonardo’s Rivellino during the Milanese Wars). A true polymath of the ages and another figure to add to my edits. ‘Leonardo is a series that recounts Leonardo da Vinci’s extraordinary life through the works that made him famous, through the stories hidden within those works, revealing little by little the inner torment of a man obsessed with attaining perfection.’ The show wasn’t entirely accurate as the whole murder plot line and Caterina was made up, alongside his origins etc. Nevertheless, I did find it entertaining
