No olvidemos de que estos actos son ilegales, ya que para la reclutación masiva y forzosa el país debería estar en guerra, pero el gobierno Ucraniano no la quiere declarar porqué abriría la puerta al gobierno Ruso para declarar la guerra y poder poner a millones de rusos y todos los recursos del país al servicio de la patria
