ITALIAN RUSTIC VILLAS - The Sims 4 Speedbuild | NO CC 🌿🍕

Hello everyone and welcome to another speedbuild! Today we’re building a couple of homes inspired by the italian countryside without CC in the new world of Tartosa :) These two homes have, overall, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (and room for at least one additional bedroom as well) and everything you could need for your sims (including things for cats and/or dogs)! They’re placed on a 30x20 lot in Tartosa and they’re fully decorated in a perfect italian rustic/modern style :) I’m honestly so happy with them and my favourite one is the one on the left (which has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, while the other one has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms)!
