HO scale lumber: Northeastern sells stripwood in 24” lengths, by the piece, and in packages of 11” pieces. If you’re buying large quantities, buying the 24” lengths generally costs about 2/3 as much as the 11” packages.

Standing seam roofing: I used roofing from Builders In Scale, but their web site is temporarily closed because they are moving. This material from Northeastern Scale Lumber looks very similar.
I have absolutely NO recollection of where I found the feed sack pallets. The closest I could find on the web were these: which indicates the product is likely discontinued. You’ll have to get creative.
