for more info about these superb pedals. for HD video lessons with me. Hey guys, Here’s a quick tune I recorded today using the incredible Plexitone pedal from Carl Martin. This is a mains powered, super-high quality overdrive/distortion pedal that I use for some of my really heavy rhythm and lead tones. It sounds and reacts just like an amp and cleans up beautifully for cleaner tones. I mixed the recording myself so many apologies if it sounds dreadful on your speakers - I have NO idea what I’m doing when it comes to mixing! Sorry... I’ll be doing a full demo very soon so stay tuned for that. The guitars are all recorded with the Plexitone into my clean Port City Pearl head and then direct into Logic using Redwirez Ir’s. Guitar is my Suhr Standard with an SSV pickup in the bridge.
