THE F WORD

The F word is considered by many people to be a bad word in English. Surprisingly, it’s used (A LOT!) in movies, music, and conversations. Whether you choose to use it or not, all English learners need to understand what it means and how it’s used in different contexts. Just as important is to know when you would be expected NOT to use it. The F word is interesting grammatically because it can be a subject, verb, noun, adjective, and adverb. I’ll also teach you in this class many expressions with the F word that you can use with your grandma and boss. Take the quiz on this lesson here: More slang with Emma: Should you use slang?
