The former was produced by the Army Information Branch, Army Pictorial Service, Air Forces Navy Department in cooperation with all United Nations to enumerate the historical context, importance, benefits, and implementation of the G.I. Bill of Rights for veterans returning from WWII while the latter was produced as part of a Army Navy Screen Magazine special to celebrate the historic football rivalry between Army and Navy.
