What is this? Utrecht - Den Haag CABVIEW HOLLAND ICM 7 dec 2021

You can see it in the pre-movie, but of course it’s somewhere along the way. I was informed about this in advance via the IAM (Information To Drivers) so that it doesn’t scare me ;-) Who of you knows what this construction is, and who mentions the time stamp where it is? (I have pinned the answer in the comments) We start the ride on this chilly morning at 2 degrees Celsius. Once in The Hague, the warm morning sun shines and fortunately everything looks a lot more pleasant by then. Do you see anything new in this movie? And what do you think of it? Enjoy watching! Op deze rit komen we iets nieuws tegen, twee palen met allerlei apparatuur eraan. Je ziet ’m in het voorfilmpje maar hij staat natuurlijk ergens onderweg.
