Sonic 3D Blast Special Stages (PC)

All 7 special stages from the PC version of Sonic 3D Blast: Flickies’ Island. Sonic 3D Blast’s PC port was, at least at the time, almost comparable to the Saturn version. While it lacked a few of the extra visual enhancements from that version of the game (most transparency overlays, like the fog effect in Rusty Ruin, are missing, and the cool multilayered mechanical background from the Saturn version’s final fight is here only a plain black screen closer in visuals to the Genesis version), it had very low system requirements. Arguably it’s a better version of the game than the emulation of the Genesis version regularly sold on places like Steam; at the very least the graphical additions give it much more visual flair and make environments stand out a little better. Plus, the music is still excellent even if some of the synth instruments sound a little dated (for the time the game came out, though, the brass synth in this game was excellent).
