In America, it is typical of those times, instead of publishing identical to the European album, they made their own selection. But it should be noted, the American listener only benefited from this. It is based on the first Shocking Blue album with Marishka Veresh - At Home (1969), and it is transmitted almost entirely, with the exception of one song “I’ll Write Your Name Through The Fire“. But they included “Venus“, which was included only in the German edition of At Home (Metronome ST 28 601/3), because it was widely distributed before the album was released on the forty-five. The American album was also enriched by two more songs that were released in Europe only on singles: “Mighty Joe“ and “Send Me A Postcard“. The song “Acka Raga“ from the album At Home is shown here with a typo - “Acka Ragh“. I must say, the album Shocking Blue - At Home was treated in a similar way not only in the USA and Japan. In France, Italy, and others, similar collections based on At Home were released with the replacement of several songs and the indispensable inclusion of “Venus“ - the main hit of Shocking Blue, songs of all times and peoples.
