A Day in IRKUTSK Siberia with Locals, Russia 2023🇷🇺

#russia2023 #irkutsk #transsiberianrailway Irkutsk, Siberia Russia, After being stuck in my room in Novosibirsk feeling sick and unable to get out, i just waited it out and made my way by train to Irkutsk, which was where i was heading for anyway. I met these lovely local couple who as you can see are so so nice and helped me , just walking around. Irkutsk was one called The Paris of Siberia! Many distinguished Russians were sent into exile here for their part in the Decembrist Revolution in 1825 and became an Exile post for the rest of the can see some of the Historic old houses that still survive. Irkutsk became the major centre of intellectual and social life for these exiles and they developed much of the cities cultural heritage.
