Marine translates and gives an English birthday wish, talks about her English school/textbook

From today’s superchat reading after playing Touhou. Marine was given a request by a viewer who asked her to give a birthday wish to a friend; incredibly, she also was able to fully understand the message, translate it, and respond in proper English! Note: Marine doesn’t actually mention she’s using a textbook. It could be a notepad or something she’s flipping through. Judging from context I just put textbook.
