It’s a rare joy to be able to share beautiful old Rouds and Child Ballads with y’all. I took the opportunity to film a performance of this one up in Cotopaxi Colorado to celebrate its release. I knew I finally landed the right take because a big black butterfly went darting through the shot, the wind blew in just the right direction, and a crow cheered at the end 🌬️🦋🦅 I’m grateful for all the song suggestions, fun facts, and words of encouragement I’ve received from y’all.
