3 EASY HOOP TRICKS | BEGINNER HOOPING

Hello flowmies!!! I made this quick tutorial to share with you guys three tricks that I find super easy, and super fun! These are some of the tricks I use the most often in my flow; they are all great for transitions and many different variations. I hope you guys find this helpful!
