My goal is to offer you arrangements of well-known pieces that fit well into piano lessons and are suitable for your respective skill levels. This involves both technical abilities on the piano and the ability to read and understand music. I believe that learning the piano by simply imitating and observing, such as playing one key after another as demonstrated by methods like Synthesia, is not effective. I encourage all of you to engage with levels where you can follow the sheet music and manage the pieces technically, rhythmically, and musically/intellectually. To this end, I offer different difficulty versions for the same piece (approximately 4-8 levels per piece) and categorize them on a difficulty scale. I base this on the 8 grades of ABRSM: For my pieces, I have established the following divisions: - Absolute Beginner: Grades 0.1 / 0.3 - Beginner: Grades 0.5 / 0.8 - Advanced Beginner: Grades 1.0 / 1.5 - Early Intermediate: Grades 2.0 / 2.5 - Intermediate: Grades 3.0 / 3.5 / 4.0 - Upper Intermediate: Grades 4.5 / 5.0 - Experienced: Grades 5.5 / 6.0 / 6.5 - Very Experienced: Grades 7.0 / 7.5 / 8.0 - Expert: all above Grade 8 I wish you lots of fun and look forward to your feedback in the comments!
