Lezginka performed by the Alumni of the Yale Russian Chorus

Lezginka (Лезгинка ) Dance of the Lezgis Fierce pre-battle dance of Lezgi warriors in the northeastern Caucasus region. The Alumni of the Yale Russian Chorus performed their 60th Anniversary Concert at Woolsey Hall on the Yale Campus in November of 2013. 140 of the members traveled from around the world to take part in the historic occasion. This High Definition performance is a selection from the 60th Anniversary Concert DVD. The chorus is still going strong thanks to the members the group has added and retained.
