Red 7 - Heartbeat Official Video 1985

This group of guys from Los Angeles, California only achieved regional airplay on this 1985 “New Wave“ classic. Song was released on MCA records during the summer of ’ in NYC it got a lot of airplay. But outside of a few major markets, it had little airplay. Unfortunately it didn’t receive any chart action despite sounding so much like “Peter Gabriel“! The lp, however did hit # 105 and charted for 10 weeks. This rare side, to my knowledge, was not released on any cd. The group consisted of “Gene Shashuk“ on vocals, “Michael Becker“ on keyboards & “Paul Revelli“ on drums. They did however release 1 more lp on MCA titled:“When The Sun Goes Down“, it reached # 175 on the lp chart.
