A woman used black paint to vandalize the July 4th Black Lives Matter mural at the Contra Costa County courthouse in Martinez, California. I went to downtown Martinez to see the new Black Lives Matter mural that had been painted on the road in front of the county courthouse as part of a community Independence Day celebration. It was super chill with just a few people standing around, and then this happened.
