Peru: Putin meets Philippines President Duterte on APEC sidelines in Lima

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with the Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte on the sidelines of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in Lima, Saturday. Putin recalled that Russia and the Philippines are celebrating the 40th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations this year.
