Best street drummer of Norway! Best drummer of his age? (Baard Kolstad @ Musikkfest Oslo 2010)

The annual Music Fest Oslo, modeled on the French superparty Fête de la Musique. 30 stages, 12 hours of music, hundreds of artists - and it’s all free! A real defrost of cold Norwegians these first days of summer. Sun, 20 celsius, happy people, all styles of music and a crazy drummer-boy... On my walk from one stage to another, I experienced this promising young drummer, playing in the main shopping-street of Oslo - “Karl Johan“. Despite of many musical gem’s around in Oslo this day, this off-stage event might be the coolest showoff of the music fest! Later I have learned that his name is Baard Kolstad age 17. He performed in the competition Norske Talenter 2009. Search youtube and you’ll find a buch of videos of him both in studio and while street drumming in Oslo (Thx @ cbrpal).
