HIGH-ENERGY DOUBLE DANCE, a very popular 80s South African double 2LP non-stop dance mix compilation series with each volume running for approx 80 minutes. The original 80s 2LP series started with Volume 1 in 1984 and ended in 1989 with Volume 13 and a compilation “Best Of High Energy Double Dance“. High Energy Double Dance was the biggest, most successful dance series of the 80s in S.A. [Note: In the 90s, Volume 14 (1991) and Volume 15 (1998) were released on CD, but other than a name revival, had little to do with the original 80s series format]
