Polymer Clay Tutorial 71: Polymer Clay Bead Drop Earrings
*Long read ahead =)
Hello weekend crafter. Welcome or welcome back to the Craft Time Studio. I’m Anj and for this weekend, I wanted to share with you how I make my floral polymer clay bead drops. This is probably going to be my last video for the year, so I hope that you enjoy what I’ll be sharing for today.
For this project, you will need polymer clay, a craft poking tool or a skewer, a detail needle, a short tissue blade, a flower silicon mold, and a clay extruder.
I also suggest a cutting mat so that you can measure equal amounts of clay to make even beads. Of course you can also measure the weight of each bead to have an exact amount of clay, but because I don’t have a weighing scale, this is the strategy that I use.
To cover the beads with tiny flowers, I used a manicure nail art silicon mold. Here is a link from Amazon in case you’re curious to know what the mold looks like - =sr_1_
