Lower Body Workout | Dumbbell Leg Workout | LEG DAY
LEG DAY! This lower body workout will grow your booty and build strong, lean legs! Great for in the gym or at home. For this dumbbell leg workout, you will need a mat, bench (or chair) and a set of dumbbells (I am using two 25 lb dumbbells).
We will be incorporating weighted compound exercises as well as bodyweight HIIT workouts.
