WWF’s Lords of the Danube - Bulgarian language version

The film focuses on the importance of conservation of Danube sturgeons. Even though sturgeons are an important economical and cultural natural resource, especially for the communities along the Danube, five out of six species are threatened and on the brink of extinction. The film reveals interesting cultural stories about the sturgeons and introduces to us fishermen from Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine who tell their sturgeon stories.
