As a matter of fact, I named my cat after their guitarist… And you’ll probably like to know that he was tapping way before EVH even heard of that technique. ;) Many people know them for their “pop” songs, but if you go way back to the first albums, you’ll see it’s something totally different. That guitarist is phenomenal… The atmospheres he creates, the colours he adds… it’s always beautiful. As you can imagine, it was quite a challenge to recreate the entire rhythmic section for the backing track of this video, especially the drums… That guy is quite something too!
