The video is taken from the 1964 Edna o Brien film “The Girl with Green Eyes’ staring Peter Finch and Rita Tushingham filmed in Dublin City. This collaboration is the result of a drunken nights chat and a mutual appreciation for one of the most unique voices of all time, that of the late Gene Pitney in Whelan’s in Dublin. It is taken from forthcoming Cronin debut album “The First Kiss of Love“ that is released in the UK in late April. “There’s a really great version of ’ something’s gotten hold of my heart ’ that portrays real drama . Lovely , dark , moody and melodic !!!“ Steve Cradock from Ocean colour Scene Cronin play Friday 17th March St Patrick Day - The Brudenell Social, Leeds, UK Bandcamp Link. iTunes Link Spoiify Link For more info contact Mick @ Live Transmission Records livetarnsmissionrecords@ @croninmusic
