A Paso Doble (1932)

The Paso Doble is demonstrated by Fowler and Tamara - the famous International Dancers. “All dance lovers will be fascinated by this spectacular exhibition by these two famous dance Stars.“ The exhibition dance seems to have been filmed at the Pathe studio. Tamara wears a nice floaty dress and Fowler wears a Latin American influenced suit. The film includes overhead shots of the dance which are especially impressive when Fowler is spinning Tamara at great speed. The dance incorporates lots of turns throws and spins. They end the dance with a flourish and a bow. Was an item in Eve’s Film Review issue number 599. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ. EXPLORE OUR ONLINE CHANNEL, BRITISH PATHÉ TV.
