Ground floor will feature commercial spaces. Our challenge at Brava Green Home Club was to create a tunnel connecting two roads, serving as a link between the public and the private, uniting the present and the future for residents and the public. Opening doors to unprecedented architectural solutions in the region and Brazil, fulfilling its interactive role with society, bringing warmth, inspiration, and movement alongside sustainability. The concept is connection, inspiring the fluid forms of the facade that seamlessly blend with the surroundings, enhancing the urban environment and adding value to the development through its unique facade. Carefully selected colors and materials convey sophistication and coziness, resulting in a contemporary and disruptive design. Inside the tunnel, materials were thoughtfully chosen to create a pleasant sound experience as people pass through. ________________________________________________________ 📢𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦! The International Golden Trezzini Awards are the world’s only competition for architecture and design, with the winning projects being taken into a state museum’s collection. The main prize is a gilded figurine of Swiss architect Domenico Trezzini (1670-1734), the first architect of St. Petersburg. 🏛️𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗? The Awards aim to convert the most artistically valuable projects of architecture, design, restoration, scenography, and exhibition design into museum objects to best preserve and enhance their historical, cultural, scientific, and artistic value. 👋𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗?
