Upper, Upper Conasauga Woodfest (Attempted PFD Take 1)

First attempt at my PFD on the Upper, Upper and Upper Conasauga in the Cohutta Wilderness. We only made it a 1/3 of a mile before a few of us decided the amount of wood was just too much. We felt we didn’t have time to stop every few minutes to scout wood. Rather than rushing down a wilderness run with a decent amount of wood, we called it quits and hiked back out. It was a shame since the area was so beautiful and the level was fluffy. Hope to complete this PFD one day.
