Dozens of Helicopters and Thousands of NATO Allies Troops Arrive on the Ukraine Border [4K] Dozens of NATO allied helicopters including AH-64 Apaches and UH-60 Blackhawks arrived on the Ukrainian border to support the United States’ decision to increase protection of its allies in Eastern Europe. Previously, the United States approved Third Party Transfers from 14 NATO Allies and close partners to provide US-origin equipment from their inventories for use by Ukrainian forces. This deployment will help U.S. allies and partners in the region to augment the military capabilities they have contributed to Ukraine and enable new contributions to Ukraine.
