Pentatonic Bass Runs Over The ENTIRE Fretboard (Lesson & Tab)

This week we’re going to take a look at Pentatonic Scales and a simple approach for playing up and down the fretboard rather than across the fretboard. We’ll be looking at the Major Pentatonic scale but this method can be applied equally to Minor Pentatonic scales and pretty much any other scale on any root note. We’ll be breaking the scale down into small subsets/cells and restricting our movement across strings.
