Fading Steps: Trim top to desired length - Set in guideline with 0 lever closed - lever open set in next guideline - 1 guard lever open next guideline - 1.5, 2 & 3 guard blend up - Clipper over comb - Blend second guideline w/ .5 guard open to 3 qtr - Continue blending second guideline w/ 1 guard open - Blend first guideline w zero, lever closed - Open lever half way, continue blending - Continue blending with lever open - Do any touch up work - Use trimmers to take out bottom hair - Use electric shaver - Do any line up with trimmers - Shave with straight razor
