The Haida are an indigenous nation of the Pacific Northwest Coast of Canada and the United States. The Haida territories comprise the archipelago of the Queen Charlotte Islands,Southern Alaska, and British Columbia, known in the Haida language as Haida Gwaii (“land of the Haida“). And not so far from Vancouver !!
