Billy the Jigsaw puppet lives

This is a video of me testing my Billy the Jigsaw puppet. After years of this thing breaking down every Halloween I think I finally have him where he is working right. Replaced the motor with a stronger one so he can climb back up the driveway. He could never do that before. Also fixed a few other problems he was having. This prop was not built by me but I did do alot to improve his functionality.
