decoupage on wooden tray with drawer.. first I sand my tray well after that a put a coat of primer or it get dry,I did a coat of chalk paint (maroon) on desire area ... i used rice paper on top,napkin on drawer and sides and did a protective coat of mod podge... i use clear wax to seal the chalk embellishments and hardware and tadaa... decoupage is always one quick and easy way make your projects worthy...
