Artist of the Month July Eric Pare & Kim Henry

This is the interview for the Light Painting Blog Artist of the Month July - Eric Pare and Kim Henry! Check the post in the blog for more photos Eric Pare and Kim Henry don’t need much introduction. There are one of very few artists globally with a recognizable “signature“ style. Their tube light painting has taken over the world the last couple of years, and a friendly online community has been created around it. Working as a photographer long before he started light painting, it was about 5-6 years ago that light painting comes in the way of Eric. They decided to install the bullet time rig in his studio and call Patrick Rochon to light paint. He recalls this to be the turning point for him, the moment when he got interested in getting more involved with this kind of techniques. Since Eric and Kim are located in Montreal, Canada, we decided to call them through Skype and record this conversation instead of a “typical“ interview with questions. We asked them some questions about their art, how it all started, the community that they have created, their favorite artists and more! Hope you enjoy this! :)
