Haarp or not? Maybe it’s god’s will? Please comment below! Winter weather descended on North Africa on November 13 and 14, leaving parts of Algeria and Morocco white with snow. This rare storm - the worst in over 50 years - has wreaked havoc on the roads in the usually arid region. Residents were surprised to find that they were experiencing a white winter after a snowfall in the city. Some western areas were also affected. South African Meteorological Service forecaster Lulama Temat said the snow was caused by a very strong weather system that pushes cold air out of the South Atlantic. This caused freezing levels to reach land, turning the falling rain into snow. The combination of such strong weather systems was rather unusual. Weather systems have to be very strong for this kind of snow to fall on land. This is not quite common in mountainous areas.
