Chrome 118... on Windows XP?!

So like two weeks ago I made a video demonstrating One Core API on Windows XP, with Chrome 102 on XP, and in the comments I said that 103 and higher crash quickly. Recently it had become possible to run Chrome 118 on Windows XP, by using DLLs from WINE, and a patched version of Google Chrome with Windows 7 support patched back in or a version of Chromium with Windows 7 and 8 support added back.
