Barre & Kickboxing Workout with Abs & Dumbbells Good for Beginners & Seniors

Barre Fight is a fun 30 minute workout combining exercises from both barre and kickboxing! Get the lengthening and toning benefits from barre and the cardio and strength benefits from kickboxing in one full body workout. Hand weights are optional. If you use them please make sure they are light weight dumbbells. I’m using two pounds in this video.
