A Message of Unity and Hope with Alex Krainer, Ep #42

It may seem that the world is falling apart but we might actually be working toward a better future. He shares his thoughts in this episode of UPThinking Finance™. ================================ LISTEN IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN… [00:00] A message of unity and hope [02:57] Alex’s thoughts on the world right now [16:29] The two forces that can’t be defeated [30:52] We need to stop fighting change [37:17] How the movement in Europe impacts the US [46:44] Alex’s message of unity and hope Alex’s thoughts on the world right now Alex Krainer just heard a presentation by Kurt Volker, former US ambassador to NATO, entitled, “What We Learned in Ukraine.” Kurt stated that the conflict is about the nature of governance, i.e. the clash between democracy and autocracy. Authoritative regimes treat their people like subjects whereas democracies treat their people like citizens. It is a conflict between two systems. Alex believes that we’re up against an occult oligarchy that hides behind the facade of democracy. We think we can change things by voting, but by some black magic, we keep getting things that we reject, such as war, crises, crime, uncontrolled immigration, etc. There’s plenty of funding for things we don’t want. We support Ukraine and Israel instead of our own homeless population. He also believes that this model of governance is coming to an end because it depends on force. The process will take time and it will be painful. The destruction and mayhem that we see are the old structures of society finally crumbling. We are seeds. Humans create things. Humans invent new solutions, start new businesses, and write books, plays, and symphonies. We have to make sure that we cultivate seeds with love. Why change is inevitable Most people have abandoned “trusted” names in news such as the New York Times, the Washington Post, etc. Instead, we turn to social media and podcasts for news, which makes it more difficult to brainwash us. The oligarchy is no longer controlling the narrative and shaping the rhetoric. Everyone wants to figure out how to fix the system. Different perspectives are being exchanged. The only way we fail is if we give up. We must put one foot in front of the other and keep moving forward. These inevitable processes are leading us toward better things. The vast majority of humanity will have a new and better world to look forward to and pass to our children as an inheritance. Will we see the collapse of the monetary system? Most European countries are in an economic crisis and the EU is imposing solutions that are only making things worse. Because of this, Alex believes that the Euro will collapse. The only answer they have is to print more money and force it into the economy. The United States has the same essential banking and monetary system. But unlike the EU, the United States is a sovereign nation. The US Dollar is still the dominant global reserve currency. The US is still a power to be reckoned with while the EU is globally dismissed. But Alex believes that Japan will be the first to go, followed by the EU and British Pound, with everyone else following behind. The dollar will prove most resilient. The United States has a brighter future than other Western powers because we have a strong entrepreneurial culture. We all have the power to change things to make the world a better place. We are living in a unique set of circumstances. It can feel disorienting. But we have the opportunity to build a better future. What can you do to make the world a better place?
