Blizzard Basically Confirms Overwatch 1 is Going Free to Play at Blizzcon

Many of us expected OW1 Free to play eventually, but with the recent Activision Blizzard earnings call confirming the delay of Overwatch 2 & Diablo 4, but confirming a change up in business model going forward to emulate their success with CoD, it starts to paint a picture of why the heck they even scheduled this Blizzcon to begin with. I think despite the bad news of OW2 being a ways off, they’re going to announce some serious good news for current Overwatch 1 players which is a switch to the Free to Play
