A Long March-4B launch vehicle launched the HaiYang-2C remote-sensing satellite rom the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, Gansu Province, northwest China, on 21 September 2020, at 05:40 UTC (13:40 local time). HaiYang-2C is China’s fifth remote-sensing satellite for ocean observation.
