Welcome to Chef Salim’s Recipes! In this video, I’ll be sharing the ultimate kebab recipes from a picnic in nature. We’ll be preparing Adana kebab, lamb shish kebab, grilled chicken wings, chicken thighs roasted in a tin, and Turkish sujuk. Get ready for an epic outdoor cooking experience!
Adana Kebab Recipe:
1 kg lamb meat (with tail fat)
200g lamb tail fat
1 red bell pepper
2 tbsp hot pepper paste
1 tbsp soaked chili flakes
10g salt per kg of meat
Grind the meat and fat, blend with spices, and mold onto cold cast-iron skewers. Grill over hot coals.
Lamb Shish Kebab Recipe:
1 kg lamb leg (cut into large cubes)
2 tbsp homemade yogurt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mild pepper paste
1 tsp cumin, ginger powder, and black pepper
2 tsp mountain thyme & regular thyme
Marinate lamb in the mix for at least 3 hours, then skewer and grill.
