Overgrown Yard gets SURPRISE Makeover for Young Couple!

I decided to do a surprise full yard makeover for a young couple while they were away on holiday. When the daughters mother called me around to do a quote for some mowing, I took one look at this place and offered to do a complete transformation for free. I thought it would be a great surprise. I was then told that the daughter had fallen over when hiking on a glacier in New Zealand and injured her hand terribly, requiring surgery and leaving her with a slight disability. Because of this, she can no longer really garden and take care of the property as required. Her partner really isn’t an outside type of person, so the yard has become quite overgrown. At the start I thought I could get it all done in one episode, but the front took me much longer than expected, and I did everything for FREE. All up, this job took me around 24 hours to complete, including 4 trips to the landfill and a trip to the landscaping supplies yard for mulch.
