Here is a perfect brunch recipe! This delicious Roasted Pepper Butter Bread will make your weekend brunch a special one.
Homemade Roasted Pepper Butter Bread
Ingredients
For the Homemade Butter:
2 cups heavy cream
Pinch of salt
For the Roasted Pepper Butter Bread:
1 cup butter
6-7 cloves roasted garlic (mashed)
1/2 cup roasted red and yellow pepper (diced) (you can add a red chili pepper if you love the spicy flavor)
1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
1/4 cup kalamata olives (diced)
1/4 cup parmesan
For the Butter Breads:
2 ciabatta
Mozzarella
Parmesan
Arugula
Instructions
Preparing the Homemade Butter:
Pour the heavy cream into a bowl, using an electric mixer or stand mixer (or you can use a butter churner), and beat the cream until the fat solids separate from the liquid for about 10-12 min as in the video. (Using the butter churner is fun, but of course, electric/stand mixer gives faster results.)
